Meet Your Coach

I am Jeanette Albright and I have worked in the health and wellness industry for over 16 years.  I am a certified Master Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and I have an extensive background in childbirth education and doula work as well as lactation support. Through experiencing pregnancy, labor and breastfeeding of four children over the course of a decade, I saw the physical, mental, emotional and hormonal toll that it took on my body. I am passionate about being a guide and an aid for women in these various stages in life and to partner with them to help achieve their lifestyle goals.  My focus is on fertility needs and the postnatal (but not quite perimenopausal) stage.

Born and residing in a log home in Michigan, I am married to Aaron and we have four children. I enjoy filling my personal time with keeping up with my teenagers’ busy schedules, exercising, reading and herbal crafting. I love plants, guilty pleasure television and life-long learning.

The four components of the pillar of health are found in the acronym of L.E.A.N. This approach to wellness is reflected by our LIFESTYLE, EXERCISE, ATTITUDE and NUTRITION. These pillars relate to how we live, how we move, how we think and how we eat.

A healthy lifestyle can be a life filled as much as possible, with work, relationships, habits, and activities that  make a positive contribution to our well-being.
