One-on-One Coaching
The Coach will conduct a session with Client via Zoom or in person (at pre-determined location)

Group Coaching
Quarterly group sessions of various health topics (to be established yearly) are offerings at a one time cost of $50 for a two hour educational session. The Coach will host via Zoom or in person (at pre-determined location) of not more than 20 attendees through an informational presentation followed by a Q&A time period. Full payment one week in advance of presentation date will ensure your registration for the session.
Purchase of all 4 yearly sessions are offered at a 20% discount.

Bimonthly One-on-One Coaching
The Coach will conduct a session with Client via Zoom or in person (at pre-determined location). Minimum 3 month contract
30 mins, every 2 weeks | $80 per month
Custom Sessions
The Coach will conduct 30 minute sessions with Client via Zoom or in person (at pre-determined location) at a rate to be determined based on Client’s desired frequency of sessions. Minimum 6 month contract.

Nutured Mother Custom Package
The Coach and Client will customize a 3, 6 or 12 month contract to include personalized coach through the fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum stages. Sessions will be bimonthly via Zoom or in person (at pre-determined location).
